I know it's terrible that i can't update this blog constantly. I'm pretty busy this month. So many stuffs to do. Yeah, you know, homeworks, assignments and quizes for sure. Other thing is Newsletter. It ain't so hard actually if i had done it right away. Oh, mannn i'm so lazy. Too many stuffs to do, but nothing had done. I have times after school till night but i just don't want to but i have to. What i'm doing after school is staring at my computer, checking email, friendster and facebook, and then come down, help to prepare dinner (if needed) talking with mom, sona and dad, having dinner, watching movies till 10-11 , then come up to my room and staring at computer (again), listening aa gym on you tube (i don't know, i think i need to charge my self), then watching full house till midnite or ecen dawn and going to bed. So, the conclusion is nothing done. Well, let's forget it for a while coz i wanna share somethings to you
The International Educational Week was over. It doesn't mean anything for me actually since my school didn't celebrate this important event (the US department say that alhough i believe most of my american friends or even the teachers don't know about it). I know, the AFS - an exchange organization that i belong to ask the YES-er and CB-er (schoolarship receiver) to give presentation about their home country. I don't see that we have to do that but my friend said if we didn't, we won't get the check anymore. Well, giving presentation ain't hard at all than living here without money :|. So, i gave some presentations at classes. I surprised that they response just so wonderful. They want to know manything, they asked me many questions that mostly sounds funny to me, such as Do you use electronic in indonesia? (my answer: yes, of course we do. If we didn't how can i make this power point presentation ;) ). It was very good, i'd like to do it other time. I think the EIW will be more fun if the school involve in it. We have 4 student from overseas ( 2 exchange student from Indonesia and Germany, a girl who is already move from china, and a guy from South Africa), beside that, we also have Spain and French club. We can do an exhibitation or something like that in one of the days. So it will give more sense.
Anyway, I found very nice thing in my teachers here. Some days ago, i didn't bring US History homework packets that due at the day. Mr Mateske, my teacher asked us to bring the sheet to him. I didn't realize that i don't bring it. So, when he called me, i was worried that i'll not get credit. But, guess what he said! "Ok, you can bring it to me tomorrow" He said that while gave me a sweet smile on his funny face. What a nice teacher!. It also happen at my other classes. I had math test on wednesday. It ain't hard at all for sure, i don't know why i can't do it as fast as usual but it's not only me, most of the class did too. So, when i hand it in to my teacher, she said " for you who hadn't finished it yet, come to see me after school!", It also happen in my english class! What a nice!!
Then, i just want to review. The weather is freaking cold here. I wear sweater and winter coat , and mitten everyday. It has begun snow!!! white everywhere! The first snow had come some days ago, but it wasn't this much. I was athe last period of my class, in US history class. I didn't know that it was snowy we can't see outside from our class. But my teacher come and cheering "Class, it's Suci's first snow!! yeah, it's snowy outside!!"t stop snowy for three hours. But now, i got it first when i woke up. I saw all things was just white covered by this thick blanket snow. My friends at school just as excited as me. If I was excited to see the snow, they were excited to ask how i am feeling to see this snow. It was so beautiful if we only see it from a warm inside house. Looking at the front and back yard of your house, necking tree, and the road covered by the thick cold white thing. But, if you are going outside, stepped on the melted, gray, nasty ice carefully because you can slide down, you will hate it! believe me!
Thanksgiving is coming up, be ready for the turkey, people!! :))
